3 STAGES OF HIGH PERFORMANCE QUALITY CONTROLS
All the products are checked optically, Mechanically and Electronically by the fully automatic instruments. Through the checking process the defects of bottles are detected in three controlling processes by the instruments as follows:
M MACHINE
Multiple side wall inspection machine.
This Machine controls Dimensional inspection for body and defects like that, Bubbles, Blisters, Laps, Bird swings, Stones based on high definition cameras.
ICAM & MULTI 4
High Speed Multi-Inspection Machine.
This machine with 6 inspection stations and 32 counter, is used mainly for following inspections:
Internal & external finish diameter, Finish parallelism, height, checks (Neck, shoulder, body), ovalization and thickness.
Bottom Inspection Machine.
This machine checks all defects of the base of container like that, flutes, baffle marks, stones.
CHEMICAL & PHYSICAL LABS
All Products and raw materials are checked by daily basis chemical and physical analysis to ensure the highest quality assurance and to qualify GMP Standards.
